The Client
Our client is a thriving and prestigious international organisation situated in the West-End of London requires a strong hands-on ERP Business Change Lead for a group wide Finance ERP implementation project (Workday) who possesses the requisite level of communication skills and experience that a blue-chip/PLC environment demands.
 
The role as Change Lead (ERP Finance)
The Change Lead will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing the change strategy plan to incorporate Comms, Training and Change factors that the group wide Finance ERP implementation project (Workday) project impacts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of Training, Communication, UAT and IT Systems cutover to support ERP Finance Programme launch
  • Lead transition management, ensuring that business as usual is maintained during the transition and the changes are effectively integrated into the business
  • Operate at a senior level in collaboration with programme, stakeholder, supplier and key business personnel to ensure smooth transition to new systems and processes
  • preparing affected business areas for transition to new ways of working and optimise the timing of the release of project deliverables into business operations
  • Work with the vendors, Programme Manager, IT, Service Delivery and Security teams
  • Monitoring and tracking workstream progress and deliverables using appropriate tools
  • As a senior member of the team, be responsible for providing direction, guidance and allocating and overseeing the work of junior members within the team
  • Ensuring appropriate project documentation is produced and published

Experience Required asChange Lead (ERP Finance) 
The client is seeking somebody who is dynamic, engaging, has strong stakeholder management skills, is self-motivated and can work independently. In addition to excellent communication skills (written/verbal), you must have gravitas and be able to demonstrate the following:
  • 5+ years as a Business Change Lead within a large Plc environment
  • Previous experience on an ERP or Financial System implementation – Workday or Oracle or AX/D365 or SAP
  • Demonstrated track record of successful large scale end to end ERP Implementation specifically focused on Business change
  • Ability to manage concurrent work streams including Training, Communication, UAT etc
  • Prior Project Management / delivery experience and business change techniques such as business process modelling and re-engineering
  • Experience of PRINCE 2, SureStep Project Management or other similar methodology
  • Comfortable working at CxO level and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to clients and colleagues
  • Strong personal organisation, Change and time management skills
