Our client is an award winning & thriving International Media organisation based in Central London who require a Senior Workday Analystto work on a group wide greenfield project. Based in their prestigious HQ this exciting opportunity requires candidates ideally from a Plc/Blue-chip background.
The Role as Senior Workday Analyst
The client requires a Senior Workday Analyst to be the SME for any analysis, enhancements, modifications, training and systems modifications of the following modules; Core HCM, Reporting & Analytics, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll Management and Time & Absence.
Duties;
- Manage HCM functionality on a day to day basis for the bespoke Workday system, configuring changes within the system or working with the AMS provider to implement changes
- Work with the wider HR team to develop current and new functionality in Workday to ensure the system is being used to its maximum potential
- Analysis of the effectiveness of the current tenant set-up and business processes, with recommendations of improvements and future enhancements
- Produce process training documentation to be used by HR team and wider business
- Manage ad hoc events such as organisational changes, and the annual Bonus and Pay review processes
- Work alongside the Legal team to ensure system complies with GDPR regulations
- Create and maintain a reporting suite to provide HR team and wider business with accurate employee data. Regularly audit the data held within the system to ensure accurate
- Manage bi-annual Workday updates, reviewing new functionality that could add value to the system and performing regression testing
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with Workday, the Workday AMS and with the wider internal organisation
The client is seeking somebody who is dynamic, engaging, has strong stakeholder management skills, is self-motivated and can work independently. In addition to excellent communication skills (written/verbal), you must have gravitas and be able to demonstrate the following:
- A Workday Subject Matter Expert, with comprehensive experience of maintaining and configuring Workday HCM
- Experience (including configuration) of other Workday modules (e.g. Reporting, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruitment, Payroll, Integrations) would be an advantage
- Stakeholder management
- Excellent eye for detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple projects
- Strong analytic/problem solving skills
- Ability to both work as a key member of a team, and independently
