Having literally spoken with thousands of candidates over the past 12 years (in thriving and declining economic climates), we are ideally placed to understand what a candidate wants from a relationship with an agency – honesty, respect, prompt responses, proactivity and a professional approach. Unfortunately, in today’s market it’s far too common for the relationship between agencies and candidates to be a contemptuous one, which shouldn’t be the case and is what we intend to change with our approach.
At Eurovine IT we recognise that our candidates are our best source of positive PR and that by treating you in the same way as we’d expect to be treated ourselves, it will help us to differentiate us from our competitors.
The truth is that whilst we would like to successfully assign every candidate that we speak to, unfortunately that won’t always be the case (for the moment at least!). Experience has taught us that it is essential for us to manage the relationships with our candidates after any unsuccessful applications (based on the client’s specified criteria) as this can be a major source of frustration for you. We will endeavour to channel any such disappointment in these instances into finding you the ‘perfect’ role, whether that be a contract or permanent position.
We are always interested in what candidates have to say about the market, especially in terms of feedback relating to our service so feel free to make a comment on our Eurovine blog.
